For as long as I can remember, I've wanted to work on Wall Street

My road to "the Street" wasn't easy, but I worked hard and learned a ton along the way and built a successful career in a fierce industry. But you don't need to make the same mistakes I did, but you do need to be aware of the pitfalls.

I have spent my entire career working on Wall Street in a variety of roles across multiple top-tier investment banks.

I have a true love for this industry and the dynamic nature of the Markets.  But along the way on my career trajectory, I accidentally diverted into a role in Human Resources where I focused on talent development. There I found gratification in helping to develop the careers of our professionals by mentoring and coaching and although I later returned to the business, I continued to mentor as I help guide professionals as they navigate the political challenges of an investment bank.
