MY STORY

My name is Tamara Lashchyk, Tami for short. I’m the founder of TDL International and I’m an Executive Strategist. 

Prior to starting my company, I myself was an executive in one of the toughest industries, Wall Street. For 26 years, I clawed my way up the ranks in the pressure cooker of high finance.

For the most part, it was a thrill ride, and I wouldn’t trade it for anything. The stories alone made it all worth it. I even documented some of them in my book as lessons in navigating the pitfalls of corporate politics.

Towards the end of my corporate career, the luster wore off. I no longer felt inspired by the job. Regardless, each day I still went to work ready to bite the ass of a bear. In the end the bear won.

In 2019 my boss fired me just two days before she left for retirement. Failure to take my own advice did me in. I warn in my book to NEVER get into a PISSING CONTEST with your BOSS. Hubris got the better of me and with a quintessential Wall Street F’ You, I decided to walk away from the industry.

I longed for something different. In pursuit of autonomy, I chose entrepreneurship. That’s when I started my own company, TDL International.

Once I did, the journey was far from over. In fact, it was just the beginning of what became a road of exponential growth and personal development. The lessons I learned were not only priceless, but had I known them sooner, my career would have been catapulted to an even greater level.  

This is the wisdom; I can now share with you as I transform rising executives into dynamic leaders. All my experiences uniquely qualifies me to do that. ☺️
